Its use is subject to the Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms of Use") set forth below, including what is stated in the Privacy Policy and subject to any law.
Use of the Website constitutes your explicit consent (hereinafter: "the User" or the "Principal") to such terms. - Use of the Website is for lawful purposes only and is permitted to legally competent users or corporations.
- The purpose of the Terms of Use is to clarify the relationship between the Site Operator, Yasmin Isardal (hereinafter: "the Operator") and any person, entity that enters the Site and/or uses the Operator's services. By using the Website, you agree to the Terms of Use.

- It should be clarified that if the customer ordered delivery and did not meet with the courier because they did not coordinate in advance or because he did not come to collect the order, the product will not be supplied and the customer will have to coordinate an additional day for delivery. Due to this action, the operator can charge the customer additional shipping fees.
The customer will be entitled to authorize the courier to leave the products where the customer is not present.
The Principal agrees that in this case, if loss and/or theft and/or defect and/or discrepancy occurs in the Order, the Operator shall not be liable and the Principal shall have no claims against the Operator for this reason. - The manner of packaging the products will be done at the discretion of the Operator, and the Principal will have no claim against the Operator for this reason.
- The prices of the products on the site are not necessarily the same as the prices of the products anywhere else, including, but not limited to, the operator's business pages on social networks. In any case, the prices appearing on the site are the determining prices for every purchase of products made through the site.
Modification and cancellation of an order/transaction and return of products
- The policy of returning the products and canceling the transactions of the Operator is subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the customer may cancel his order and/or return the products that arrived to him, subject to the following provisions.
- Cancellation of a transaction and return of products for it can be done within a period of up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to cancel the transaction, the customer must contact the operator and inform him of his desire to cancel the transaction. After receiving the cancellation notice of the customer and to the extent that it will be done on the aforementioned date, the operator will coordinate with the customer the method of returning the product. It is clarified that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the return of the products to the operator and that the return of such products will be made at the expense of the customer.
- A customer who wishes to change or cancel the reservation will contact the operator and inform him of his desire to cancel or change the reservation as applicable, as soon as possible. Such cancellation will be possible if the order has not yet been sent to the customer.
- Upon receipt of notice of cancellation of the order, the Operator will refund the customer his money for the order, but will be entitled, at its discretion and subject to the provisions of the law, to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the value of the product whose order was canceled or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
The cancellation fee rate includes shipping charges if collected. The provisions of this section regarding cancellation fees shall not apply to cancellation made due to a defect in the product ordered in accordance with the provisions of the Defective Products Liability Law, 5740-1980 and/or discrepancy between the features of the product as appearing on the site and the actual product features and/or the availability of the product in stock, in which case no cancellation fee will be charged from the customer, subject to the operator's examination of the customer's claims regarding non-conformity and/or defect and/or lack of availability, As applicable.
Responsibility and Disclaimer
- The inventory of products on the site may change from time to time and therefore there may be shortages in some of the products appearing on the site. In case of lack of a certain stock, the customer will not be charged for his order for the same product that was out of stock.
- The sole responsibility for products manufactured by third parties, including for any information or representation made on the site regarding the essence of the products, including the names of the manufacturers, the quality of the products, the characteristics of the products, the pictures of the products, etc., applies to the manufacturers and / or importers and / or authorized marketers of the products. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage and/or injury of any kind caused to the Principal and/or third parties as a result of the use and/or consumption of these products, which for the avoidance of doubt are not manufactured by the Operator (unless otherwise indicated on the Product and/or on the Website).
- The Operator does not guarantee that the links found on the Site, if they appear, will be valid and/or lead to an active website. The presence of a link to a particular site on the Site does not mean that the content of the Site is reliable and/or complete and/or up-to-date and the Operator has no control over such content, and therefore the Operator will not bear any responsibility in this regard.
- The Operator is not responsible for any damage caused to the Principal as a result of a purchase on the Site, including, but not limited to, cases in which the purchase, including payment for it, is made without the consent and/or knowledge of the Principal and/or incorrect typing of the order delivery address and/or incorrect typing of credit card details; and cases of communication malfunction due to the act and/or omission of communication providers.
Intellectual
- All intellectual property rights, including moral rights, economic rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents, designs, trade secrets and any other rights with respect to the Website including, but not limited to, the content, design, editing and the manner of presentation and editing of the information appearing on the Website and the Website itself are reserved exclusively to the Operator.
- Without derogating from the aforesaid, the Website, the online pages included therein, the classification, arrangement and presentation of the information, advertisements and mailings sent by the Operator, including the classification, arrangement and presentation of the information and advertisements appearing therein and any other form of illustration included in the Website and such mailings are the sole property of the Operator.

Term and termination
- This agreement will enter into force from the moment the user begins to use the site and will continue until the end of his use of the site.
- The Operator may terminate this Agreement at any time, including in the following cases: (1) the User has violated any of the provisions of this Agreement (or acted in a manner that clearly proves that he intends to do so or that he is unable to comply with the provisions of the Agreement); (2) the Operator will be required to do so by law (for example, when the provision of the Service is or will be illegal); (3) The provision of the service is no longer economically worthwhile. - The validity of the provisions regarding intellectual property and non-acceptance of liability shall continue even after termination of the agreement.
General, Jurisdiction and Notices

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy") constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use and should be read together with the Terms of Use, and the definitions appearing in the Terms of Use should be used.
Database
As part of the use of the Website services, the User will be asked to transfer personal details to the Operator, including name, telephone, email and shipping address.
